    That hotel points for a free night is an interesting thing – I was not going to be able to use my 30 night earned one before it expired and have gifted its use to a friend for this weekend.

    10K is nice; I can generally get more than $150 value out of that many points and more often than not, well over $200 (YMMV).

  2. What about if your annual free night from the Hyatt CC has expired? Mine expired a few days ago and we didn’t get to use it due to months of moving to Texas.
