Man Kicked Off Flight For Wearing Sweatshirt With Guns On It While Being Black
Showing too much cleavage gets you kicked off a Spirit flight. So does your 3 year old spitting up if flying legacy Virgin America. And taking a photo while pregnant on American. Or wearing yoga pants on United. I wish bare feet got you kicked off.

Forty thousand employees at at New York JFK, New York LaGuardia and Newark will see their pay rise to $19 an hour by 2023. New York workers are starting out at $13, and New Jersey airport workers are now at $10.55. So this is a significant increase. In fact today’s decision was a staff recommendation that’s expected to be formally adopted by the Port Authority board in June. Under the proposal, the annual increases would begin Sept. 1. The first one would raise the…
United Just Gave One Passenger $10,000 to Give Up Their Seat
After the snowstorm in the Northeast plenty of flights were zeroed and some even oversold. Center for American Progress communications staffer Allison Preiss was on a United flight that was full, but had a broken seat, and they were looking for volunteers to give up their seat in exchange for a travel voucher. The offer was $1000 but no takers.
