  1. @ Gary — I have permanently discontinued Romaine. Not worth the risk. I’ve had horrific intestinal infections three times during or immediately following international travel to third world countries. None of the illnesses came from Romaine AFAIK, but it isn’t worth the chance. No airplane coffee or medium rare burgers for me anymore either.
