News and notes from around the interweb:
- Before the Mile High Club there was…
“In a 1907 sexual instruction manual, each of the 531 sex positions was marked with a sign to indicate whether it could be conducted in a railway compartment.”

- British Airways surveying new names for its cabins I don’t see the upside in renaming ‘Club World’ but it doesn’t much matter if they change it either. United managed to resurrect its business class brand image with Polaris but that was mostly about an improved product not the name. Rename when you want to signal something is actually different (better).
- Animal rights activist group PETA has given Delta Air Lines an award for putting oat milk on flights.
- Why private jets fly higher than commercial planes
- Uber driver stopped paying for his rented vehicle and kept it running for three weeks knowing that if he shut it off he wouldn’t be able to turn it back on.
- No more U.S. evacuation charters from Israel
The U.S. State Department has announced that the Final Charter Flight for the Evacuation of U.S. Nationals still in Israel will Depart from Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv on Tuesday, October 31st.

Whomever posted in the “seat swap” article about Gary posting soon about mile high club…you are a prophetic genius!
That’d be the Mile Long Club, surely?
Steve – that was me. This is just getting ridiculous. Appreciate the recognition though. 😉
1. I wish American would rename Premium Economy. . .maybe use the old TWA Ambassador Class or US Envoy Class while Flagship is perfect for the new suites.
2. Oatmilk is a huge waste of water resources to grow and manufacture. It might make PETA happy but it is environmentally unfriendly. Way to go DL. . I guess Tom Brady strikes again.
I demand that vegan meals be made out of actual vegans. Take one for the team, vegans! Until then, PETA is a just engaging in luxury beliefs.
That is one SMART Uber driver. What dumbass of a company allows him to take a rental car without a large deposit or pre authorization hold on his credit card?
Why would it be better for cows if no one drank their milk or ate beef? Cows would be extinct.
