News and notes from around the interweb:
- Government UFO data now available, also government experiments with invisibility cloaking.
AATIP releases 1,500 pages of UFO-related documents via FOIA
The cache of documents includes reports on the biological effects of UFO sightings on humans, studies on advanced technologies such as invisibility cloaks, and plans for deep space exploration and colonization.

- Your dogs are already out in flip flops, do you need to take those off too and stick them into the aisle?
And another thing @AmericanAir . Your customers dont wanna see/smell other passengers feet. I only had one nice flight attendant out of the 3-4 i saw. And the passenger behind me keeps passive aggressively pushing and kicking the back of my reclined chair like i cant sit back. ♀️ pic.twitter.com/R6zHsYk04d

- Instead of just seeing the sign and walking away, passenger using one-time United Club pass from their credit card waited 15 minutes and was waived in. I don’t think I’d wait the 15 minutes, but persistence pays off.
- José Andrés Group taking over dining at Hyatt’s The Shay in Culver City.
- Marriott Platinum doesn’t understand why they aren’t given a suite, when there are 9 suites at the hotel (some probably booked in advance) and 70 Platinum-and-higher members. Platinum at Marriott is mid-tier and even Ambassadors report rarely being upgraded in the United States.
Ways of asking for upgrades (again)
byu/Yano93150 inmarriott - When I told the story of hotel guests having their bookings cancelled before a Phish festival because the property could sell the rooms for more, the hotel blamed the Air Force. That… wasn’t true.
- Good to know.

- Magic.
The denying of one time pass users by United is ridiculous. They paid for the access, they should have the same right to the club as anyone else.
Re: United Club access.
They were “waived in.
Seriously Gary?
No spell check? Again?
I agree 100% with Alex.
@Alex tell that to AA. I once redeemed Business Extra points for a bunch of day passes, huge mistake. I’d say my success rate was around 10%, would get told “no day passes” 90% of the time.
Gary making up for missing a day talking about feet by making two posts about feet!
A probe into the true reason for the canceled reservations at the hotel near the Phish concert is needed. All reasons given by the hotel are fishy and they have essentially admitted lying as seen with the screen shot.
Gary and his blog read more like the sun or post. News? No, clickbait.
@Pilot: And yet here you are…Even taking the time to post a comment.
