  1. In one roundup My samoyed AND my tote bag. Both well loved. Important to know Samoyeds shed a couple ounces of hair per hour so I feel really bad for the next passenger to get this seat.

  2. Beautiful dog but serious issue for passengers with dog allergies. Unfortunately they don’t count.

I seriously wonder if one person said “I can’t fly on the plane with a dog that sheds that much hair” and the dog owner said “I can’t fly on the plane without my dog”, who be be told to wait for a later flight?

  3. @Thing 1 — I got awful cat allergies. If there is one on-board nearby, I literally will wear an N-95. It’s not ideal, because eyes can still catch allergens, but it helps. I know, not much to do. At least unlike the peanut allergies, the domestic cats usually don’t kill us. The leopards on the other hand… those’ll eat face off! Bah!

  4. I have a Samoyed/Husky mix who is well loved, well cared for, well groomed etc and yeah, that whole plane is going to be covered in floof until the day it stops flying – there’s just no fighting it.

  5. Adorable dog. Even considering ALL the fur that the little fluff ball will leave behind I’d still take that over some people I have to sit next to sometimes.

@Thing 1 – I would hate to be the Gate agent / flight crew that had to make that call. It’s a no-win. My guess is if the dog is an ESA the allergies win. If the dog is a psychiatric support animal it’s covered under the ADA at which point I think the dog wins, but I’m no ADA expert.

  6. Louis Vuitton is shorthand for “Please Steal My Suitcase”.

Some stable genius should go after fake service animals.

  7. @ Christian. I wish I could remove the labeling from the bag. It was a gift, and dang if is not the most functional thing I own.! I have commented twice as I have returned from the lav with a seatmate with their hands on it , or in one case up to the wrist in it.

  8. I have a bag similar to the Louis Vuitton bag. I use mine to take my things to the lap pool. I admit it’s very useful except mine is from WhatABurger (a Texas company). If you buy lunches for your crew or company, you get it in the bag, practical and just like a home’s slab, no one will steal it.

  9. Yes Uber boosts the fare when they see the Amex credits. And I think Lyft may be doing the same now with the Sapphire reserve credits.
