The Elan story was awesome! I never have the nerve when in similar situations, guess I need to try harder.
Being at the receiving end of the superior service, I appreciate every bit of screening, preparation, training and make-up that Singapore Airlines puts their flight attendants through. Just because their standards are different, does not mean that their application process is intrusive/bad/inferior in any way. The end product speaks for itself.
