A passenger walked up to a gate agent at Washington Dulles airport United Airlines gate D12 – apparently planning to board while the previous flight was deplaning – saying things like “who wants it first?” and then punched the agent hard enough to knock him down.
The woman became an online hero picking up millions of followers on Instagram and becoming an online influencer. She’s done multiple brand deals in the past couple of months. Yet she’s suing, claiming that she was embarrassed and that this has been bad for her personal and professional life.
The internet thinks this is creepy but I think it’s sweet. You tell me what you think: a woman received a note from a pilot before her flight. She says “I’m sitting at the airport and a pilot just placed this on my table & walked away.”
The woman removed all her clothing and proceeded to walk up and down the aisle. She even tried to gain access to the cockpit, banging on its door, and rubbed up against a female flight attendant.
An American AIrlines first class passenger on a delayed flight reportedly called 911 trying to get police to force the flight to leave. Reportedly he was “high as a kite.”
Here’s a dog standing up on the furniture at the American Airlines Admirals Club in Los Angeles. Since customer provisions there lag what United and Delta offer at their clubs, this dog is presumably eating and drinking there just as well as the passengers.
A passenger on board the 24 year old Embraer 145 regional jet (registration N653AE) operated by American’s wholly-owned regional carrier Piedmont had to use the lavatory prior to departure. But this wasn’t just any bathroom visit.
The deceased passenger collapsed in the aisle after coming out of the restroom and could not be revived. Crew tried to move her in a wheelchair to an empty business class seat, but couldn’t make it down the aisle. So they placed her in an empty seat beside other passengers – who say they were told not to move elsewhere in the cabin.
On February 15, as she boarded a flight to Punta Cana, she dipped her fingers into a bottle of holy water, drawing the sign of the cross on the aircraft’s exterior near the door, and praying, “In Jesus’ name we pray…Amen!”
Delta says that while the overall culture and corporations are moving away from DEI, they’re leaning in. And they’ve banned a comedian from the airline for life after he tweeted a photo of a Delta flight attendant’s pride pin (he quickly removed the flight attendant’s face from his post) and used vulgarity.
