God Save the Points reports on American Airlines and British Airways premium economy fare deals “from New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago” and that “[o]ther cities may also be available” to Barcelona, Venice, Rome, Paris, and Madrid starting at $790.
These deals are around in April and May, and then return again in late August, September, October, November and December. Not every single date will be available, but there are lots of options in each month for both shorter and longer trips.
Here’s American Airlines fare OKN8Z7S5 which is $200 each way plus a $300 fuel surcharge and taxes.

Delta is matching, UPDATE: the aircraft on many of the Delta routes do not have premium economy seats and book into extra legroom coach.
Loyalty Traveler points to Delta premium economy fares from the West Coast to Paris, London, and Northern Europe starting at $793. These appear to be ‘up’ fares meaning coach fares that book into premium economy.
Delta and SkyTeam airlines have discount rates for Premium Economy flights to several cities in Scandinavia from airports around the USA for travel departures April to early June, then resume again from mid-August.
Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Jose to Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim, Gothenburg and Stockholm are priced in upper $700s to mid-$800s round trip.
Note that only Airbus A350 aircraft have premium economy on Delta metal, so if flying a Delta aircraft avoid other plane types.
These are fantastic fares for premium economy, a product similar to domestic first class, and certainly sufficient for many especially on the daytime Westbound flight (while not as good for sleeping as lie flats headed Eastbound overnight).

Same goes for AA…a lot of these routes are on 767s so no PE.
Just to give you a heads up, DL only has true premium economy on its A350. Not other aircraft for now, although there are plans to do so. Big difference.

Hmmm…are the Big, Bad, Three Anti-Trust Immunized Monopolists/Oligopolists (oneworld, SkyTeam & Star) trying to push an allegedly (per an excellent analysis posted by the highly regarded Leeham News & Comment earlier this week) financially weak Norwegian Air over the cliff…say the way they’ve historically done to low fare interlopers dating back to when Sir Freddie Laker dared to take on the big guys way back when??!?

Besides eliminating a pesky low fare competitor that is increasingly threatening its extremely lucrative North America market, I bet BA would just LOVE to get its hands on Norwegian’s slots at London’s Gatwick Airport, say the way they gobbled up a great many of Monarch’s last year when that airline went bust…
…and who knows, those Boeing 787-9s would go quickly, too, if Norwegian doesn’t have enough cash on hand to survive the very long, dark & brutal season for trans-Atlantic travel that are the months of Winter 2018-2019…
…just sayin’!!!
