If you have Hyatt status you’re probably just using that to get MGM M life Rewards status every year.

If you have status with any other hotel chain you can status match to Wyndham, which will get you status with Caesars, which can be matched to MGM M life Rewards.

However if you’re going for MGM status the usual way by earning tier credits with the casino resort chain, it’s worth knowing that Hyatt stays between August 18, 2019 and October 10, 2019 will earn MGM tier credits (in addition to earning Hyatt points). Registration is required.

Your next stay just got twice as rewarding. At participating Hyatt hotels*, you’ll earn eight M life Rewards Tier Credits, plus five World of Hyatt Base Points for each eligible dollar you spend when you stay between August 18, 2019 and October 10, 2019.

This will primarily be of interest to those working o higher levels of MGM status than what M life will generally match to, which for most people is just their Gold level.

Last year Hyatt ran a similar offer, restricted to their Hyatt Place and Hyatt House brands. It must have had decent uptake because they’ve decided to run it again across all of their brands. I’m actually surprised this isn’t too niche of a play actually. (Double Hyatt points at MGM properties, on the other hand, I can see having more mass appeal albeit fewer places to take advantage of the offer.)

You must be a member of World of Hyatt and the M life Rewards program to participate in this offer. Members must register for the promotion between August 1, 2019 and October 9, 2019 and provide both membership numbers to participate. Eligible stays under this promotion must have a checkout date from August 18, 2019 through October 10, 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
