Of course. When you dare to report the truth of the violence coming from left-wing thugs and mobs, you’re a “provocateur”. As if he only has himself to blame for being beaten up and threatened. Wow. Provocateurs are sometimes on the receiving end of the violence they desire for others…and rightfully so.
So a gay, Asian-American journalist is attacked for his reporting and the takeaway is an NBA team was trapped in their hotel? Somehow I doubt that would be the case were the reporter from CNN and the attackers were a bunch of MAGA schlubs – then it would be an attack on the 1st Amendment.
Andy Ngo isn’t a “provocateur”, he is a freelance reporter doing a job that few (if any) mainstream media leftist snowflakes care to do. For reporting the truth on Antifa, they hate and want to kill him. Peacefully, of course.

I’ve been through Frankfurt multiple times since the Pandemic started. Lufthansa offers you the choice of a pretzel or the most nauseating sandwich you’ve ever tasted, plus a bottle of water. You also have go out into the concourse to eat them, which is always more crowded than the lounge. But hey, its the rules…

Andy Ngo is a journalist. Just because leftists are intolerant of free speech doesn’t make him anything else.
This is an excellent example of the bias in the media (including blogs). News companies frame the narrative with the headlines they choose, the sources used, and the perspectives allowed input. A conservative policy may have 70% of support like building a wall or strict immigration enforcement but it will be called a controversial policy in the headline and article on Reuters for instance. A leftist policy opposed by 70% of the public will be labeled as having support from civil rights groups and the massive opposition to the policy will be ignore or minimized in the article. The writer won’t quote any conservative viewpoints on a leftist policy but will quote many leftist viewpoints for the article on a conservative policy.
When people say there is no bias in the mainstream media, they are wrong. The bias is in the headline and the facts/diverse viewpoints ignored or minimized in the article. Major news outlets will say a riot that burns businesses to the ground is mostly peaceful. They’ll call people walking within the ropes in a building and taking pictures a violent attack.
We will never have freedom with leftists. View them with disgust in everything you do and impede them any way you can.
Documenting left-wing violence makes you a “provocateur” in Leff-land. Got it.

Not everyone who follows the situation in Portland and with Andy Ngo is a “Trumptard”. I get most of my info on the situation from Bret Weinstein who is about as far from a Trump supporter as you can get, and he lives in Portland. There are plenty of people on the left who want nothing to do with Antifa.
As for posting the article in the first place, I’m actually glad it was posted here, despite the framing. That really hasn’t been covered anywhere, either in the mainstream press or in the more right-sympathetic press. Ngo has gone radio-silent since May 28. It’s an interesting situation and I appreciate anyone who brings it to light.
