Overturned Fuel Truck At DFW Airport

A fuel truck overturned at Dallas Fort-Worth airport this morning near gate D15 around 10:15 a.m. local time. One person was hospitalized and a cleanup operation did delay flights. (HT: @sampetersen).

A passenger taxiing on a nearby American Airlines flight snapped this photo of emergency vehicles responding to the accident and fuel spill.

And the local CBS News affiliate has tarmac video of the response as well.

It hasn’t been a good quarter for truck drivers on the ramp at American Airlines hub airports.

  1. It’s seem that if this the same vender that hit the two Mesa planes in November, then I think something some one is going to be under investigation soon.
