Sheets might not be changed if a bed doesn’t look slept in. Towels still folded and on the rack may be left there between guests. Even if that’s not the instruction that housekeepers are given and especially where management, like this one, is supportive.

Revealed: The Best and Worst Airlines for On-Time Flights in 2023
Aviation analytics company Cirium released its 2023 On-Time Performance results for airlines and airports. I’m most interested in the final numbers for North American airlines. Delta performed best, but American Airlines has really improved, and JetBlue remains abysmal.
American Airlines Stops Accepting Cash In Argentina
American Airlines will only accept credit and debit cards, travel vouchers, and electronic funds transfers and their 3 city ticket offices in Argentina. That’s a change that went into effect this past week.

I have exactly the same number of elite qualifying miles and nights as everyone else today.
Delta Air Lines Karen Demands To Speak To The Manager, Screams At Employees During Delay
Delta Air Lines flight 2097 from Atlanta to Rochester was delayed an hour and one of the airline’s passengers wouldn’t have it. She melted down at gate B14, demanding to speak to a manager – while “calling employees names [and calling a] fellow traveler a weasel.” Delta’s gate agents remained calm throughout.
