In addition to being a great fare for readers in Northern Europe, I could see taking a cheap Norwegian fare out to Europe and positioning to fly these roundtrip several times for as often as folks want to be in Europe post-summer.

You cannot book this from the U.S. However if you do not want a roundtrip originating in Europe, the fare works one-way Europe to the U.S.

So book paid or award travel to Europe and buy ticket ticket for the return, earn miles isn’t of burning them at this price.
