What Happens When American Airlines Tries to Be Hipster?

I like American Airlines Admirals Clubs because of the AAgents who work there. The agents in the Austin club are amazing, they’ve taken great care of me during mechanical delays, cancellations and weather events. Before I moved to Texas the ladies in the club at Washington National were lifesavers as well.

However there is nothing hipster about an American Airlines club.

This Woman is Amazing: Facebook Lives As She Gets Kicked Off Spirit Airlines

Earlier this month a woman was kicked off of a Spirit Airlines flight from Atlanta to Las Vegas. And she Facebook Live’d the experience, amassing nearly 4 million views.

Say says she doesn’t cuss after dropping numerous profanities. She tells everyone they should be flying Delta. And she calls Spirit ‘terrorists’. The video isn’t safe for work. But it’s hilarious. She even has a tangent discussing trip protection and whether Spirit is named after Jesus.

Watch: Woman Finds Cheating Husband at the Airport, Grabs His Paramour By the Hair at Check-in

A woman discovered her husband was sneaking away with his girlfriend and she showed up at the airport in Medellin, Colombia. And she was captured on video grabbing the woman by the hair and dragging her away from the check-in line.

The two cheating hearts were headed to Cartagena, though it’s not clear whether they actually made the flight. I’m guessing not.

US Airlines Finally Declaring Victory, Getting Nothing, and Moving on From Fight Against Gulf Carriers

For three years Delta, United and American have been complaining that despite being heavily subsidized themselves, and protected from foreign competition in the U.S. market, that it’s not fair that they should have to compete against Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar.

The US airlines finally lost. But the Gulf carriers gave them a way to save face and end the charade.
