Somehow the free night rebate offer started August 15th and I was unaware of it. So some of you have stays that will earn surprise rebates since no registration is required.
Terms say that you can receive no more than 30,000 points back for free nights with this discount during the promotion period and only one room, occupied by the member redeeming points, is eligible.
If you’ve got time for a last minute getaway, co-brand cardmembers also still receive a 10% rebate on redemptions for stays through September 2 (provided you registered when I told you to).
With the number of former Starwood Preferred Guest executives now in top positions at Hyatt this promotion reminds me in some ways of SPG’s regular ‘Paradise is Closer’ offer.
very nice for those who want to book a fall trip to Spain or Mexico. not so useful for families (sigh)
