my AA FF# has alphabets and the best western site does not like that. anyone else facing this?
Sign up for the BW account. Once you are going through, it will ask whether you want rewards in BW points or airline miles. When you click the radio button for miles, it will show a box where you will select the airline (AA) and enter your FF#.
@Dev: It accepted mine with all capital letters. Have you fixed it?
Yes, I too had to use all CAPS to make it work.
