As it does at the West Dallas location, Trinity Groves’ concepts will rotate in the airport to bring the latest trends to travelers,” HMSHost said in a media release.

The horror stories on FT are multiplying.
So happy to be done with Marriott.
I actually phoned Marriott for the first time since SPG died this past week. I asked why I could not apply that Amex annual 35k award certificate to an award booking.
The woman on the line said she couldn’t see it in my account so I’d need to be connected to technical support.
The man in technical support couldn’t find it and then he did find it and then he thought it was strange it couldn’t be applied. Then after a few minutes he explained it was because the award had an additional £10 “upgrade” fee but I could book it with points.
No thanks said I, confident that I’ll be done with all my points as well as that certificate before the card renews and then I permanently bonvoy myself out of that program.
And the Bonvoys just keep on coming. Glad to say I burned up almost 250K points last year, with only a few thousand leftover. It’s Hilton and Hyatt from here on out.
Thanks, Marriott, it was fun (well, fair/okay might be more accurate) while it lasted.
I had a standard booking of a 60,000 per night before peak/off peak came in. I booked in early August 2019 for a 2020 summer trip.
About a month ago I was looking at my account to make bookings for another trip and I noticed that my point balance Was higher than it should have been. I called Marriott right away and was told that the hotel cancelled my booking because they were charging 70,000 now..
The rep rebooked me at the higher rate and covered the difference. There was nothing else he could do.
The booking was for 5 nights.
I thought this was not supposed to happen.
