People who are into Formula 1 are REALLY into Formula 1. (It’s a European thing.) I’m not, but damn those guys are incredible drivers.
Re the woman whose child had to ok the return of the missing bag, better to focus on the lesson to be learned about NOT using a child’s name to take advantage of another bag…and as much as I hate to blame a victim, if you have a serious illness you should know better than to check ANY medication in ANY checked bag and what to do if a vital medication is lost and needed. I would think contacting a pharmacy who could get in touch with her own MD might have resolved the mess.
So here we have a story about a woman who packs required meds in her luggage, goes without them for a week because she can’t even figure out how to go see the local ‘acute care’ facility to get a new Rx, calls the baggage people 85 times, telling *them* where her bag is, and then argues with an agent about getting her kid’s permission to pick up the bag. She should not be travelling unsupervised.
