- Flights Cancel As Beijing Daxing Airport Runway Floods
My friend waited for 15 hours in #Beijing Daxing airport until her flight got cancelled. Heavy rain turned the airport ground into a mini ocean! She said she could wait for a ship instead, at an airport.🤣 pic.twitter.com/5swcX6pt69

I’m just saying… @Delta don’t push your pilots because this is what happens. Thank God everyone survived. #aviation #Travel #Flying #Avgeeks amazing the amount of damage. pic.twitter.com/bedeiKBS6Y

I have always worried a bit about DL’s push to be on-time and safety. especially with aircraft as old as those A319/A320/757and 767 and some A330s. I was younger when those aircraft were new and I am not young anymore.
God willing I am wrong and DL does have amazing maintenance and crews but I still worry and wonder if time or luck will run out on some of those old birds.
You know, Delta, a lot of these scratches will buff right out
How is it the pilot’s fault that something tried to argue with the plane about a particular bit of sky? This would only be a pilot issue if the pilot had hit something on the ground and nothing in that tweet suggests that.
