Who knew CEOs have prophets? The end of days is near? No use serving premium sandwiches in that case.
Resignation is preferred over firing because firing is a complicated and time consuming process that typically has to start in the chain of command. Resignation can take place immediately.
He should be fired with the loss of his pension. If you are a government officer and you car caught stealing i don’t care if you have been on the job 2 years or 20 years kiss that pension goodbye
