Texas Mom And Toddler Booted Off United Flight After Misgendering Flight Attendant

A United Airlines passenger flying from San Francisco to Austin with her young child was kicked off her flight on Wednesday after misgendering a flight attendant. It’s disputed whether the misgendering incident is the only reason for her removal.

Jenna Longoria was traveling with her 16-month-old son and her mother. She says that the misgendering was an accident. The airline, though, says that “a party of three traveling out of San Francisco today was not allowed to board following a discussion about having too many carry-on items.” It seems likely that’s when the pronoun discussion occurred.

Airline Theft Alert: Passengers Are Stealing Cash From Overhead Bins – Here’s How To Protect Yourself

A passenger on a Singapore Airlines flight from Hong Kong to Singapore has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison for stealing nearly $90,000 from another man on board, out of the overhead bin.

The Chinese citizen was charged with theft, carrying undeclared cash of over $14,783.44 (SGD $20,000) into the country, converting stolen funds into casino chips, and also wire fraud for trying to transfer the funds to China.

You can’t smoke on a plane. You can’t vape, either. Sometimes passengers sneak a drag in the lavatory – but disabling lavatory smoke detectors can cost you a fine up to $2,000.

Occasionally passengers just flat out smoke out in the open. One Delta Air Lines passenger decided to vape on the jet bridge prior to boarding. That’s not allowed, either. Do you think someone this brazen abstained for the rest of the flight?

Shayla Monnier, an online influencer-nurse and influencer, went viral recounting a flight from Atlanta to Denver where a young girl on the plane repeatedly blew raspberries at her and her husband. Parents tried to control the child, but the girl continued spitting. Shayla’s husband warned the parents to manage the child – or he’d step in, “If you don’t get your kid under control, I’ll do it for you.”

A man seated in the row in front of him tried calling over a flight attendant, but no one responded so he eventually got up and went to the galley to let a crewmember know what was going on.

She promised “to alert the crew lead” but nothing was done, and the man continued “on and off for a few hours” and I don’t know whether that’s genuinely frightening or awe-inspiring?
