I’m a Briggs & Riley fan, my usual carry on is their Baseline CX bag. They’ve made a splash over the past month with a new bag, and I’ve arranged a giveaway.
As I explained earlier today, I’ll have a different Briggs & Riley bag to give away next week as well (different bags for different reasons, they’ve “got your business and leisure covered” as it were).
The Briggs & Riley TORQ is a departure from just functional offering a stylish hard shell that I think looks great (although it’s extra-reinforced to prevent damage, so functional too).
It has an extra wide wheel base to prevent tipping when overstuffed, and it’s a four wheel spinner for easy transport through the airport.

This time we’re going to try something different. Instead of answering one question, I’m going to ask you to answer two to be eligible to win.

I don’t have different bags for different seasons but there are certain bags I absolutely will not travel with if it’s a work trip so I don’t look unprofessional.

No, not specifically. I use tote bags/beach bags in summer obviously, and a more thick bag in winter if that counts.

1. Yes, if you count that I have a ski boot bag and a hard-shell ski case (winter) but apart from that, no.

2) Not really. I have a large bag used exclusively for longer leisure trips, but for most trips—business or pleasure—I use the same 22″ rollaboard.
1. I don’t have different bags for different seasons, except that I have a larger bag and a smaller carryon bag and if I can’t fit my winter boots and down jacket in the small one or wear them on the plane I’ll bring the larger bag!
2. My “work trips” only involve going to conferences, so I don’t need a business style bag for those, so I just have one. I will bring a nicer shoulder bag on “work trips” though.
1. Yes. I use a smaller case in the summer months, and a larger one for the rest of year (more bulky coats, boots etc), although my bigger case was “terminated” by baggage handlers last trip.
2. Yes. I have a smaller and better-looking case for work trips (3-4 days) and then a big older case for vacations which tend to be 7-10 days and include lots of bashing by the bag handlers.

And use carry on bag for shorter trips and check-in usually on international.

Not a different bag for different seasons, but different bags for different places: water oriented vs celebrations for example.
Other than the above, I am retired so no business trips. Bigger bags for longer trips.

Typically I use the same bag for business and leisure both involve packing light and smart.

I’ve got one Travelpro roller bag that I use for every season, every purpose, these days. I don’t have enough space to store multiple pieces of luggage when not in use.

2. I use a different bag for work and travel, mostly because work is shorter trips so I tend to use a backpack. For Travel I break out my larger carry-on and suitcase for 2-3 week vacations.
