I wonder what sort of customer service SPG provided? Perhaps late checkout, the new Platinum breakfast benefit, or something from Whatever, Whenever?

This could explain a lot for the SPG Flyertalk thread “things found in my room”.
I didn’t know hourly rates were one of the new platinum benefits.
@Sam “Your24” could be really useful to an escort service, 2am checkin means you can stay until 1:59am the next night!
