• Register for this offer with your Hilton account number
  
• Provide proof of status with another hotel chain, showing you’ve stayed at least once in the past 12 months

Hilton will give you 90 days of Gold status which largely means free breakfast or lounge access and avoiding the bad rooms at the hotel. During those 90 days you can:

• Stay 10 nights to keep Gold
  
• Stay 18 nights to receive Diamond

Your new status will last trough March 2022. And at a minimum Hilton will give you status if you already have status with: Marriott; IHG Rewards Club; Hyatt; Best Western; Choice; Accor; Radisson; Wyndham.

However there’s an option on their form to select ‘other’ so if your status is with a different chain they may extend the offer to you. Of course since Best Western is on the list and they status match anyone, no pulse required you could grab Best Western status first, stay 1 night, and leverage it for Hilton status.

You probably won’t want to use this right away. Instead you’ll do it in advance of travel you’re going to take, in order to benefit from lounge access or breakfast. It’s perfect for a resort destination – once you’re traveling again – where breakfasts are pricey.
