These cards can generally be churned every few months, and signing up for all is 75,000 miles at a pop.

Farscape, the link given seems to have expired. I received a flyer about this with the url http://www.fly1.citicards.com (which works for me) and the phone number 1-800-817-2054. This offer is good through May 31, 2008. The interest rate is obscene and I’ve had trouble in the past with Citi (deliberately?) jiggering their website to make automatic payments fail. Still, 25,000 miles, no fee. My experience is that you CAN churn the card and if you have a second Citi card and ask to merge your credit to the other card, they won’t even question it.
