  1. As is so often the case, the ADA started as such a great law that had countless benefits for disabled individuals. Sadly, it now is used as a blunt instrument by dirtbag lawyers looking to shake down small businesses that cannot navigate the incredibly complex web of bureaucratic regulation that has developed over the decades since ADA became law.

  2. I’d email the Fairmont, saying that since they’re great believers in handing out free gift cards to local businesses I’d like to get some of those from them to keep up morale in my business. How could they refuse since they very obviously feel stridently in favor of doing so.
