  1. Looks like the fake plastic sushi they put in the windows of restaurants in Japan. Before my late wife and I went there for the first time, our daughter (who studied Japanese there) told us that, “The better the quality of the plastic food in the window, the better the quality of the real food inside.” I’d eat at wherever this was displayed.
