  1. Actually, if you get to that point on trying to apply a trip or flight credit, it’s automatically put it on a 2-hour hold. Just flip over to your reservations page and you’ll see it there, complete with six-letter reservation code. Use that when you call it in.

    At least it’s been that way over the past two weeks. No idea if it’s still that way today.

  2. What does Biden have to do with American Airlines’s policies and practices re making/holding reservations online? Why politicize everything, Gary? It’s exhausting.

  3. It’s very unlikely the QR lounge won’t permit ticketed oneworld business/first passengers.

  4. With JetBlue combining with Spirit, the AA/JetBlue deal needs to die.

    American should compete based on product, not eliminating consumer choice.

    Having no slots at JFK was horrendous: 3+ hours to get to the runway, and often terminals that were literally gridlocked. No thanks.

  5. Silver line at Dulles is “5 minute walk thru tunnel to baggage claim area”. So why isnt the station at the terminal? I think someone who doesnt travel designed this.

  6. @MIAZiggy – No, it’s Bush’s fault. Everything will always be Bush’s fault. Unless it’s good, then Obama is solely responsible. Until it goes bad, then it’s back to Bush.

  7. I’m a student at Ithaca college and the flights to jfk makes life a lot easier for both domestic and international flyers
