Hilton Makes More Reward Nights Available in Paris

Last month Hilton restored reward night redemptions at the Waldorf=Astoria property on Maui.

A week ago I reached out to Hilton again because The Niepce Paris Hotel, a new Curio Collection property, wasn’t offering any standard or premium reward night availability for the entire year. I wanted to know whether this hotel was excluded from Honors reward redemption — or whether this is something they might fix.

And indeed it’s been fixed. They attributed this to the Niepce being “a new property” and “still uploading their inventory.” Regardless of the reason awards hadn’t been available before, they are now.

Here’s what Hilton’s award chart used to look like when they had one:

This hotel is currently category nine, which we can infer because throughout the year prices range from 52,000 to 80,000 points per night.

In fact Hilton’s pricing is pretty granular inside this range. There are never any nights available for 50,000 points. The lowest price is 52,000. There are nights where it’s 62,000 — and nights where it’s 79,000 points as well as 80,000 points.

  1. Do you mind explaining how you reached out and got a response? I’d like to do this too when hotels don’t seem to release ANY availability.

  2. Great! Now, can you please contact them and ask them to do the same with the Conrad Bora Bora?

    Thanks!

  3. Now if Gary could just apply the same ‘Leff magic’ to get American domestic and international J/F award availability to open up, that would be something!

  4. What about Maison Astor Paris? This also Curio hotel seems to have no availability throughout the whole year as well…
