The more interesting question is where will be the cheapest place to see the concert. Prices in SF Bay Area (1 date) are typically jacked up by the tech bros. This phenomenon has been noted since at least the 2010 and 2014 World Series when it was cheaper to fly to Detroit or KC than to buy tix for the SF games. Even better if the flights are free
So the better bet for travelers may be to fly in to Seattle Vegas or Phoenix. I’m sure similar opps exist in other high cost metros.
What these presales do is reserve specific sections for Cap One cardholders during these two days, then offering what’s left (if any) plus the other seats to the general public later.
I’m not saying it’s not a better chance to get limited tickets during the presale, but you’re not getting a crack “at the best seats in the house” two days before everyone else.

What do they mean 2 PM local time of the venue. There are many dates of the tour. Why can’t they just put in a time zone? It’s super confusing.
Even if you’re not a Taylor Swift fan, these are sure fire way to make money with reselling tickets. Every single Taylor Swift concert has sold out and friends have easily sold their tickets for at least double so it’s a good way for spend on credit card as well.
