  1. On YouTube, one will find an abundance of videos showing unconscionable and disgusting food handling practices at fast food restaurants in the US. All intentional tainting of food. And, then there’s the late night security videos showing the clean up crews doing both number 1 and number 2 in the milkshake machines.

  2. It is very ingenious that Air Vistara offers meals, including a complimentary flourish of sauteed ginger emulating the shape of an anatomically correct cockroach. When I squint at the photo, I envision the sauteed ginger looking like the eyes, mouth, salivary glands, antennae, brain, heart, colon, reproductive system, mid-guts, legs, esophagus, and malpighian tubules of a cockroach. A simulated cockroach reminds me of a kid’s meal where a chicken nugget was in the shape of the Disney character Mickey Mouse. Hopefully, a Michelin star will be awarded to Team Vistara for demonstrating outstanding culinary excellence.
