- Kenya Airways is offering status matches which can be helpful when flying a SkyTeam airline (like Delta), but bear in mind that SkyTeam status doesn’t come with lounge access on domestic flights and not all SkyTeam carriers seem to have the new Kenya Airways offering programmed into their computers yet.

- Albany airport to get a ‘reimagined’ airport experience.
- With American Airlines dropping New York JFK – Doha, Qatar Airways is adding a third New York flight. Note that American and Qatar do not have anti-trust immunity to have discussed schedules in advance.
Qatar Airways will add a 3rd daily Doha (DOH) to New York (JFK) flight starting October 30 (14x ➡️ 21x weekly).
All JFK-DOH flights will operate using Qatar’s Boeing 777-300ER.
American Airlines will end its DOH-JFK route the day before. Qatar is picking up the lost capacity.

When AA gives me a stopover on an award ticket operated by QR, maybe then I’ll visit DOH. Til then, it’s not worth the double award cost for each segment. Even for a Q-Suite.
@ Donald – Book with Alaska miles. They give free stopover, even on one-ways.
@Gary—is there a worse Admirals Club than Phoenix? If so, I have not visited it yet. Every time I enter I ask myself what the AF am I doing paying for this sh*t?
