Flight Attendant Caught Smuggling $190,000 Cash, Says They Just Were Too Tired to Go Shopping
Flight crew are responsible for our safety during travel, and they’re usually highly responsible. We trust them.
Because flight crew are trusted they get less scrutiny at security checkpoints and at immigration and customs. That makes them ideal mules.
Germany – Seattle Flight Had to Turn Back Around Because US Immigration Was Closed
Last summer Eurowings — Lufthansa’s low cost carrier — started flying non-stop between Cologne, Germany and Seattle twice weekly. At first it seemed like they were receiving a warm welcome into the market. That didn’t hold true this week, though.
Five Hours Only: Buy Miles at a Great Price and Get Hotel Stays Thrown In No Extra Cost
Star Alliance program Avianca LifeMiles has a hotel booking site that is really Rocketmiles. And they have a quintuple (5x) miles offer for five hours only.
Five hours limits their exposure, because this is incredibly rich. When they ran triple miles for a single day last month I saw 15,000 miles on a $380 stay. This would yield 25,000 miles for the same stay. It can be like buying miles for what they’re worth and getting hotel stays free.
The World’s 15 Best First Class Products, Ranked
The key to these rankings is subjective weight that goes into different components of the product. I value personal space more than anythnig else, so a first class configuration that’s four seats across isn’t going to rate as well for me as one that’s two or three seats across.
I’d never rate Air France or Garuda as highly as others — despite phenomenal ground service and attentiveness — because of the lack of real estate each first class passenger gets in the cabin.

Wide Open Lufthansa First Class Awards, Book Now
Earlier today I wrote about Lufthansa first class awards being available Chicago – Frankfurt. That’s rare because Lufthansa usually only allows partner frequent flyer programs to book Lufthansa first class within two weeks of travel.
And now in fact we’re seeing it on myriad routes between the US and Germany. I don’t know if this will last, I’d book right away if you are interested and you can.
Award Alert: Up to 4 Lufthansa First Class Awards Now Bookable Chicago – Frankfurt
Lufthansa first class awards are a real unicorn. It’s also a good product, with a really nice ground experience at their German hubs. So if you have the miles you’ll want to jump on this.
