- They call it nudging but it should come as no surprise that design elements, how gate space is arranged and what kind of furniture is offered, affect our stress level at the airport. (HT: Paul H.) What this means is the Washington’s National airport shouldn’t have replaced all of the gate space with retail, leaving passengers nowhere to sit or even stand — and causing deplaning passengers at certain gates to have to run a gauntlet of people waiting to replace them onboard.
The damage that this Delta plane has, comes after the Delta 747 was severely damaged on the way to Seoul. Everyone mocks climate change, but obviously the storms are worse and the sky so crowded that re-routing isn’t always possible. Maybe Mother Nature is beating up on Delta, how ironic!
