No-show charges are fair. The same restaurants should give you a free bottle of wine if you arrive and your table isn’t ready for more time than the same grace period (usually 15 minutes) that they hold your reservation for.
@ Gary – They can try this crap on me if they want, but I won’t be eating in their overpriced restaurant, and I will scheduling housekeeping DAILY.
