Woman Re-Enacts The Delta Passenger Who Breastfed A Cat, And I’m Dying

Last month a passenger on a Delta Air Lines flight from Syracuse to Atlanta was breastfeeding a cat. This actually happened. In real life. A flight attendant on board even dished on the whole thing.

Now a TikToker has re-enacted the incident and I can’t stop laughing.

It’s actually a longer piece, in four parts, that together racked up over 44 million views in just a day. There are a number of highlights, but the ending is the best part.

In the series a male passenger across the aisle complains, ““But it’s a cat. It’s not a child, it’s not a baby, it’s a cat. She’s breastfeeding a cat on the plane.” This elicits the response, “Obviously I’m not breastfeeding a cat on the plane.”

Eventually a flight attendant asks to see the baby and the woman refuses declaring it a violation of her privacy. Throwing in HIPAA for good measure is just priceless.

When the cat is finally exposed the woman vindicates herself: “It’s a lynx, not a cat. There’s a big difference.” It wasn’t actually a cat. She’s allowed to fly with it, though, because she declares it an emotional support animal.

  1. David R Miller: where do you get liberal out of that post?
She could be a “my body, my choice”
    maga nut. I think she’s just a crazy person…..

  2. Art doesn’t necessarily imitate real life but in the real situation, the cat itself was supposedly making a ton of noise. There was no need for any lengthy discussion about what was going on. Humans and animals sound very differently.

  3. Umm, given that felines have rough tongues for removing flesh from the bones of their prey, there certain parts of my body that I definitely would not want my pet cat– or any other cat– to lick. I’m just sayin’ …

  4. Emotional support animals are no longer allowed on flights. Only service dogs. So the end of this story is entirely incorrect.
