I had to chuckle at your review. The suite looks nice, but other than that, I’d call this a “Hotel Hell” experience! This is the kind of service that would be unacceptable at a Super 8. Phone ringing in the middle of the night. No coffee before 6. Papers not put out. Ignored at valet parking. The reviews at Tripadvisor are entertaining, but suggest that this place is not long for this world. (And I never did find that 119 rate… the lowest I could come up with was abouit 180).
