2015 Bonus Starwood Points on Your Next Stay, Stacks With Other Offers

Starwood is offering “Blogger Thank You 2015” — 2015 bonus points for your next stay as a ‘thanks’ for all of your online feedback.

The points are earned via any one stay through the end of the year that’s booked direct with Starwood. Registration required and really there’s no reason not to register even as a ‘just in case’.

Pre-existing reservations count, which is great, that means I’ll earn the bonus this week.

The offer stacks with earning 2500 bonus points for using SPG Keyless at a property equipped to let you use your smart phone as a room key. And of course it stacks with Starwood’s end of year ‘Stay for More’ promotion of double points on stays of two or more nights plus 500 more points when stays are three or more nights which runs through December 20. (If you haven’t registered for that you’ll need to do so by December 6.)

  1. I of course read the terms but they seem a bit vague:

“earn 2,015 bonus Starpoints® for one eligible consumed stay between November 30, 2015 and December 31, 2015”

Not sure if checking out on Nov 30 counts as consuming a stay. I registered after you posted, so not until 12/1.

This wouldn’t be a big deal except that this bonus will allow me to get an additional 5k airline miles as I move business away from Starriott.
