  1. Ten years ago, I bought an Apple laptop and got thousands of AA eShopping miles. But within the 14 day return/exchange window, I noticed a defect, and went back to the store for an exchange. AA eShopping clawed back my miles and wouldn’t budge even after I showed them my receipt proving I exchanged (not returned) the original purchase. AA eShopping is obviously run by rusty kuntz.

  2. Cartera is a garbage company that will continue to stiff people until a class action lawsuit inevitably happens.

  3. I had my points stolen from me on Thrive membership sign-up. I’ve never had a Thrive membership before and am a new customer so I should have qualified. The only thing I can think of is that my boyfriend has a membership and we live together, but I’m a completely separate individual!

  4. AA clawed back my Babyist miles and I didn’t unsubscribe and had no intention to. I haven’t seen anything lately so I think they unsubscribed me. Good job babyist. You’re the last people I’d give my business to. Mission accomplished

AAdvantage needs to watch who they do business with …. People will be ticked with AA and not Cartera who runs this site and lets their customers get away with cr&p like this. I’m certainly not crying because Verizon got a big bill because they made and offer and they’ve got buys regret.

  5. Oooooooo… AA is shaking I. Their boots… More of their undesirable customers may get upset with them.

    What’s that I hear? AA laughing…
