- Austin is getting a temporary Stockholm non-stop for South By. This is in addition to Delta’s SXSW Amsterdam flight.

- The LA Chargers wanted a TFR over their stadium during games. They don’t want banners flown and claimed it was a ‘safety hazard’ as opposed to wanting to mute criticism flying overhead. The FAA said not gonna happen because stadium capacity is less than 30,000.

The whole no fly zone thing is bs but others got it and Disney World so I guess why not try. It’s bs because the no fly zone is so small if anyone wanted to do anything bad they would have flown through it before anyone could scramble fighters. The whole point is really just to block advertisers and protestors, there was one Christian group trolling Disney pretty hard just before 9/11. In the end this no fly area just meant more plane noise in other areas and more wasted jet fuel from having to go around.
My split-level home will be an ancient marvel in several thousand years, can I get some grants to shore it up? I wonder if I can sell admission tickets to view the upstairs section…
