Bank of America has entered the premium rewards credit card market (or that’s what they want you to think) and they’ve come up with a name for the product to emphasize this: Bank of America Premium Rewards Credit Card.

American’s Brand New Chicago O’Hare Business Class Lounge Opens Thursday, Here’s What’s inside
Last night I had an opportunity to visit the new American Airlines Flagship Lounge at Chicago O’Hare for its pre-opening party in advance of its opening tomorrow.
The lounge isn’t very deep. It’s long. And as a result there’s plenty of light, the whole length of the lounge runs along the window line and it makes for some fabulous views. There’s a hot and cold buffet as well as chef station and self pour premium liquor and wine.
WINNER: 2 Free Park Hyatt Nights With Breakfast
The Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires is a great city hotel, set in an upscale neighbor apart from the hustle and bustle of the city and just a few blocks from the Four Seasons. There are two separate buildings, connected via underground walkway or outside through the garden. There’s the original Palacio and there’s a new tower. I’ve really enjoyed staying there.
White House Tweets Out Fake Hurricane Irma Photo of Miami Airport
The White House’s Director of Social Media tweeted out a since-deleted message on Hurricane Irma.
The problem is that’s not Miami’s airport. In fact the airport took to Twitter to disavow it.

Reader Giveaway: Free Stay With Breakfast at the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires

The hotel itself is stunning, modern and minimalist for the bulk of the property and yet it blends well with its exterior and palace heritage. In a way it’s a Park Hyatt the way that I’ve come to expect throughout the Asia Pacific, it’s an oasis in a city like Buenos Aires
Has Our Great Hack For Booking Etihad Awards With American Miles Died?
At several points in time American Airlines has been unable to book premium cabin awards on Etihad, especially for travel between the US and Abu Dhabi. For the last two years the workaround has been to call the American Airlines reservation line in Australia which rings in agents in Fiji.
Singapore’s All-New Suites, Business, Premium Economy and Coach Reveal November 2
Singapore Airlines will take delivery of a new Airbus A380 later this year with its new first class product.
That was expected to happen in October, but it’s been delayed. However they’re going to reveal all new products for their four cabins on November 2.
Finally: Man Held Accountable for Messing With Planeload of Passengers, Whacking Crew
Last year a drunk passenger caused a diversion to Denver after bringing his own booze onboard and shouting “we’re all gonna die.” After inconveniencing a plane full of passengers and costing the airline significant amounts in crew time and fuel you’d think there might be consequences… but you’d be wrong. Alaska Airlines described the matter simply as “a customer service issue.” Earlier in the year A United flight from San Francisco to Sydney diverted to Auckland and passengers had to spend a day there because of a passenger who went off on a racist rant and threatened crew when he didn’t want to sit next to two Southeast Asians. He wasn’t charged. Flight diversions happen all the time, sometimes for weather or mechanical issues and occasionally for passenger health reasons. But when a plane load…
Delta Adds Close-In Booking Mileage Surcharge to More Already-Expensive Partner Awards
Since United and American are intent on copying Delta, not even trying to be better than Delta I actually want to like Delta because at least they offer a slightly better onboard product and a better on-time operation.
And yet I can’t bring myself to do it because of Delta management’s arrogance and dishonesty. And the utter contempt with which they treat frequent flyers.
