I like business class awards at a discount, and 50% off premium economy can be useful. However 25% off premium economy from Seattle is only moderately useful and really only if you’re based in Seattle. 25% off economy redemptions aren’t great since you do pay some carrier-imposed surcharges. I need to see at least 50% off economy to suggest the awards as worth pursuing.

Already on their sixth transfer bonus of the year, having just launched transferable points, and Capital One has shared in the past that “limited-time offers like this will be another major perk for Venture and Spark Miles account holders to take advantage of.”
This month they’re back with a bonus on transfers to Air France KLM Flying Blue, a great program to pool points in, with reasonable redemption rates and good business class availability.

American Express Membership Rewards is offering a 25% bonus on transfers to Air France KLM Flying Blue through November 30. You’ll need to log into your American Express account to see the bonus (otherwise it’ll show with the standard 1:1 transfer ratio).
I find that Air France’s availability and award pricing is very attractive for US-Europe flying.

Often connecting itineraries beyond Paris/Amsterdam can be even cheaper than what’s advertised, and specific cities are put on sale because the flights are lightly booked so availability tends to be good. West Coast – Europe for just 36,000 miles each way in business class is fantastic. Come Tuesday we’ll see if some cities price even lower.
