A kangaroo once walked into an airport pharmacy in Australia and also hopped down the aisle of an American Airlines flight so it shouldn’t come as a terrible surprise to see a monkey sidling up to the bar in one of the lounge at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Although passengers in the lounge were certainly surprised to see the monkey take a drink of fruit juice, and not tip the bartender.

Starting Tuesday, September 14 American Airlines will sell access to its business class Flagship Lounges to any passengers flying an American Airlines or oneworld flight for $150 per person. This will even be available to domestic passengers. This fee is per day not per visit not per day, so a passenger connecting through multiple cities with Flagship lounges on the same day can’t visit them all for this price.
Perhaps afraid that someone somewhere actually flying the airline might get value from the SkyMiles program they’ve now devalued even using Skypesos in Delta Air Lines Sky Clubs as well.
Spending points for alcohol in their clubs has gotten 30% more expensive.
U.S. forces left Afghanistan, with their last position held at the Kabul airport. There was much reporting on the airport being effectively abandoned based on a ‘notice to airmen’ that the airport was uncontrolled. That’s not an entirely uncommon situation. And there are already plans in place for a Turkish-Qatari consortium to manage the airport. Turkish control means o good chance of a Priority Pass lounge in Kabul.
The Club at MSY airport lounge in the New Orleans airport is the Priority Pass option there. Many haven’t seen it since the airport opened a brand new terminal, abandoning the existing one, shortly before the pandemic.

The Philadelphia Airport Admirals Club between the B and C concourses has two birds that have been flying through it. Staff there say they first attracted one of the birds three months ago, and the other bird showed up in early August.
