American Airlines Passenger Sneaks Into First Class To Promote Her YouTube Channel, Kicked Off Flight

Oct 31 2020

On Friday evening’s American Airlines flight AA2205 from Dallas Fort-Worth to Miami a passenger reports that a woman got up from coach and moved into first class on the Boeing 777-200 in order to sit with a friend while the plane was still boarding. She hid in the friend’s seat.

The aircraft was completely full, with every seat taken. So a flight attendant noticed that while the plane was taxiing out a passenger was missing from their seat in back. There was “a purse sitting in the seat” and passengers around the empty seat reported that a woman had gotten up and left, never to return.

Racist ‘Burger King’ Banned From JetBlue Last Week Gets Kicked Off American Airlines Too

Oct 31 2020

Last week a passenger in a Burger King crown got booted off a JetBlue flight to New York JFK – and banned from the airline – after a racist rant prior to departure from Kingston, Jamaica. It all began when there wasn’t overhead bin space available for him to use.

The man tried to get up in the air again to head back to the States. He got kicked off an American flight on his next attempt to depart Jamaica. There aren’t that many airlines left. At some point could he have no options left but to swim?

An Anonymous Airline Pilot Comes After Me In A New ‘Live And Let’s Fly’ Post

Oct 28 2020

I hope the anonymous airline captain who authored the latest post at Live and Let’s Fly demanding more respect never happens to be flying an aircraft I’m ticketed on because he’s threatening to make things worse for passengers if pilots are criticized, even when the criticism is justified – as the anonymous captain admits that it is.

He takes issue with my post about the Delta captain who kicked a woman off a flight over her F-12 hat, which she took off as he instructed.

Brawl Breaks Out In The Aisle Of Puerto Rico Flight As Police Board To Tase The Aggressor

Oct 27 2020

On Monday evening Spirit Airlines flight NK2322 from Newark to San Juan broke out in a major fight throughout the cabin over a passenger not wearing a mask. What’s remarkable is the extent of the brawl, and that it happened upon landing in Puerto Rico, rather than prior to departure. The woman who wouldn’t wear a mask was ultimately tased by police who responded to the brawl.

Passengers Are Faking Negative Covid Tests In Order To Travel

Oct 25 2020

Countries are opening up to travel, but in many cases only where they can assure themselves the likelihood someone entering doesn’t have Covid-19. Some do testing on arrival. Others require tests prior to departure. Eventually we’ll likely see vaccination certificates as a condition of entry as well.

But what if people are faking their negative Covid tests where a predeparture test is required? In some cases that is apparently happening.

Southwest put a model in a bikini on the side of one of their planes. Their original flight attendant uniform was hot pants. Their first self serve ticketing machines were called quickies. And they used to refer to peanuts as “love bits.” Yet they seem to keep kicking women off their planes over how they’re dressed.

The woman got a full refund even though she traveled on her original itinerary. The real hero of the story, though, is the flight’s captain.

Brawl Breaks Out On Allegiant Air Over Maskless Man

Oct 05 2020

Allegiant Air can take you non-stop between inexpensive airports outside of major cities and places no one wants to go. And they do it for less, as long as you want to travel at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays.

The airline knows their market, and has operated a greater share of their flights throughout the pandemic than other airlines. They’ve reported their customers are less afraid of Covid-19. Unsurprisingly that translates to a unique onboard experience during Covid times.
