Just took the 321neo this week RT, LAX-MCO..so happy I was up front but that wasn’t a joy either.
The back looked horribly cramped and couldn’t imagine a 4.5 to 5.25 hour flight back there.
While it’s a nice new shiny aircraft and they did a great job with the overhead bins, the seats are shit! I was in 3D coming/going and it felt like no padding. The recline is horrible and no real under seat storage. The holder for my tablet was nice and the mini holder for a phone on the tray table was also nice but no real need had Doug put on monitors . The issue with the tablet holder though, if the person doesn’t relcine then it’s angled up and has glare from the lights.
Some have complained about seat width, I’m 5″8 170lbs and had no problem with that aspect.
Nice aircraft but done cheaply on the inside thanks to Doug’s specs.
Man, you’d think Mandy Moore would have tried to fly with her dad at least once before in her entire life. You’d also think that she might take some of her estimated $24M net worth and help her dad and step mom retire.
The British air A321NEO In an all coach configuration was very “interesting “ this past week. Also shocking that they even charge for soft drinks and water onboard. N.b. It might have had 2 classes since there was a curtain mid cabin but I didn’t notice and difference in the seats, flew with them from LHR to FCO
The Art & Lounge at Newark is not that great. Will the London one be better?
